Who the Shopify services are for

Anyone about to open a store needs a clear structure from day one: theme, catalogue, payments and shipping configured coherently, without unnecessary dependencies.

Anyone with an existing store that performs below expectations needs to find where the problem is: an audit separates technical causes (speed, overlapping apps, tracking) from those of offer and buying journey, and says what to fix first.

Anyone changing platform has to map catalogue, customers, URLs and redirects before moving to Shopify, so as not to lose rankings and history.

From the new store to ongoing support

The services cover the whole life cycle of a Shopify store on the Basic, Grow and Advanced plans. Each service has its own detail page.

Which service to start with

The choice depends on where the store is today. One service does not exclude the others: many projects start with an analysis and continue with targeted work.

The IFG eCommerce Protocol

Before adding code, apps or a redesign, the problem to solve and the way the result will be verified are made clear. The Protocol links theme structure, data, usability, performance and maintenance.

Native solutions before dependencies: Liquid, Online Store 2.0 sections, Metafields and Metaobjects. Technical debt (overlapping apps, leftover scripts, undocumented customisations) is mapped before deciding what to keep, simplify or remove.

From analysis to verification

Every project follows the same logical thread, adapted to the size of the store.

  • 1. AnalysisGoals, constraints, state of the store and operational priorities.
  • 2. DesignStructure, native Shopify solutions and the criteria used to verify the result.
  • 3. BuildDevelopment and configuration, without superfluous dependencies.
  • 4. VerificationChecks on function, usability and performance before delivery.

The working tools

Theme work uses Liquid and Online Store 2.0 sections. Structured and custom data go through Metafields and Metaobjects. Features that go beyond the theme are built with embedded apps, Theme App Extensions, APIs and webhooks. When a feature already exists natively in Shopify, the starting choice is to use it, before adding an app.

Ready for AI search

The GEO Protocol works on the signals that can be controlled: content accessibility, entity consistency, structured data, catalogue and links. Nobody can force ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity or Google to cite a site, which is why no citations, rankings or recommendations are promised.

No agency, no handovers

Analysis, advice, design, implementation and verification are followed by the same person: Francesco Guiducci. If an intervention is not needed, he says so, even when that means advising against a service.

Out of scope: managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, and customer service for stores’ end customers. The related technical work remains available: pixels, tags, Google Analytics, tracking and integrations.

What happens after the first contact

The first step is a 15-minute introductory call: it clarifies priorities, technical feasibility and next steps. If the project makes sense, scope and ways of working are defined together; if a service is not needed, he says so.

Costs and timing depend on the project and are defined after the call. The first contact can happen however the writer prefers: a phone call, a WhatsApp message or an email.
