Herbal Cacao already had its own Shopify store when the collaboration with Francesco Guiducci began. The site, however, performed poorly and was slow, and the team needed a stable technical figure to hand over issues, improvements and new needs.

A concrete example is B2B: in 2026 Shopify extended B2B features to the Basic, Grow and Advanced plans as well. Francesco Guiducci brought this to the team's attention because it could support opening to the reseller market without taking Shopify Plus as the baseline.
