The brand's digital presence was built from scratch: Shopify eCommerce, social channels, Business Manager, Shopify POS and direct on-site support at the physical store in Rome.

## The project at a glance

- **Shopify eCommerce**: Build of the brand's online platform.
- **Shopify POS**: Technical support for the integration with in-store sales.
- **Physical store**: Link between the online presence and the needs of the Rome store.
- **Technical support**: Hands-on assistance during the launch of the hardware side too.

## Starting point

For Adriana V. Campanile, the work started practically from zero on the digital side. Francesco Guiducci was involved directly in Rome to build the brand's online presence and to support the team on the operational side of the physical store as well.

The project covered Shopify eCommerce, the setup of social channels and Business Manager, coordination with a photographer for photos and video, and on-site support for Shopify POS, hardware and the receipt flow.

## Building online, POS and day-to-day operations together

It was also a professional growth project for Francesco Guiducci: it was the first time he handled the installation and launch of Shopify POS on site in a client setting.

The learning happened directly in the field, solving the hardware and operational needs with the team to connect eCommerce and boutique.

## From zero to a Shopify ecosystem, online and in store

The project did not stop at the website: the goal was a complete digital presence that works in the real context of the boutique.

- Before: eCommerce to be built
- Before: Social channels and Business Manager to be set up
- Before: Photos and video to be coordinated
- Before: POS and hardware to be launched at the store
- After: Shopify store up and running
- After: Digital channels configured
- After: Photo and video assets integrated
- After: Shopify POS and hardware supported on site

## The work

- **eCommerce architecture**: Store structure and catalog organization.
- **Web design**: Application of the brand identity to the online experience.
- **Shopify setup**: Technical configuration needed for launch.
- **Shopify POS**: Support for the integration with the physical store.
- **Retail hardware**: Technical assistance during the launch of the hardware side.
- **Support**: Handling of the technical needs tied to the project.

## The result

The result is a project in which eCommerce and physical store were approached as a single system. The team had a direct point of reference on site as well, not only for the website design but for the operational parts needed to sell.

## On-site support, not just remote development

This case study is different from the others: being physically at the client's location made it possible to deal with hardware, POS and real processes together, turning a challenge that was new for Francesco Guiducci too into an operational solution for the brand.
